SFE Announces New Additions to its Board of Directors

Jessica Greene, First Horizon Bank; Aundra M. Kohlheim, Renasant Bank; and Brent Phillips, b1BANK will provide diverse payments expertise to guide SFE’s direction

Irondale, Ala., September 16, 2026 – Southern Financial Exchange (SFE) today announced the appointment of three new members to its board of directors: Jessica Greene, VP, Senior ACH Product Manager, First Horizon Bank; Aundra M. Kohlheim, Operations Accounting and Budget Officer, Renasant Bank; and Brent Phillips, CTP, AAP, APRP, AFPP, SVP, Director of Treasury Operations, b1BANK. With deep collective payments knowledge, Greene, Kohlheim, and Phillips will provide unique perspectives that will help guide SFE’s direction.

In addition to the new board members, SFE has invited the following four board members to renew their terms: Susan Bivens, AAP, APRP Senior Relationship Manager, Federal Reserve Bank; James Fazende III (Chairman), Chief Operating Officer, First Federal Bank of Louisiana; Ryan B. Hill, FVP, Product Director, Treasury Services, Trustmark Bank; and A. Javier Pastor, CCBTO, Senior Vice President, Director of Technology Management, Home Bank, NA. Bivens will be retiring at the end of September and will be replaced on the SFE Board by another Federal Reserve advisor.

The SFE Board of Directors is comprised of 19 individuals from banks and credit unions and other leading industry organizations. The board oversees the governance and administration of the organization and guides strategic direction for SFE and its members. In selecting its board members, SFE seeks breadth of expertise and background. Terms for board members last three years.
