EVANSVILLE — Federal prosecutors accused a former Evansville banker of stealing more than $158,000 from customers’ accounts between 2023 and 2024, writing in a criminal complaint this month that he used a portion of the funds to purchase laptops, a 65-inch television and a drone.
The complaint, filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, identified the former banker as Dekoda S. Clark, who faces charges of bank theft and access device fraud for what prosecutors dubbed an “unauthorized withdrawals scheme.”
