Breaking NewsOCC Issues Guidelines for Complying with Regulation GGOn May 20, 2010, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) issued its guidelines for complying with Regulation GG (Reg GG), which implements the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 (UIGEA). The other federal banking agencies are expected to issue their guidance within the next couple of days. Compliance with Reg GG is mandatory beginning June 1, 2010.
