Call for Speakers & Presentations - 2011 Annual Conference

Submit Your Topic Proposal

You are invited to submit a presentation proposal for SFE's 21st Annual Conference & Expo being held April 12 - 14, 2011, in Biloxi, Mississippi. Proposals must be submitted via the form below. Presentation proposals are due by September 15, 2010 with final selection by October 31, 2010. All presentations are due to SFE in Adobe PDF format by March 15, 2011.

Conference Audience: Businesses, Financial Institutions, Solution Providers.

Notice to Presenters

1. Only speaking applications submitted online (below) will be considered for the upcoming conference.
2. It is the responsibility of the submitter (either the "Lead Presenter" or the "Person Responsible" as listed below) to ensure that all individuals listed as speakers have consented to having their name included and have committed to speak. If a "Co-Presenter" is contacted by SFE staff once a proposal has been accepted by the planning committee and that individual denies having consented and committed to speak, your proposal may then be declined.
3. All presentation handout material is required and is due in the Southern Financial Exchange office no later than March 15, 2011.
4. Submitters will be notified by October 31, 2010 about the status of their proposals.
5. Presenters must provide their own computer, presentation(s), presentation software, and/or other software for demonstration purposes. SFE will provide a projection screen and projector
6. SFE reserves the right to grant or refuse, at its sole discretion, speaking opportunities to any submitter.
