Same Day ACH Phase 2 takes effect on Sept. 15, 2017, adding Same Day ACH debit capability to the ACH Network. While originating Same Day ACH debits will be the decision of the ODFI, all RDFIs must be able to receive and process these transactions ─ just as with Same Day ACH credits. However, Same Day ACH debits will bring distinct operational implications for RDFIs, processors and solution providers, and for end-user clients and consumers whose accounts these payments will be posted. Do you understand what the considerations and implications are for your institution or organization, and for your business partners and customers? Are you taking the proper measures to educate, test and prepare?

The ACH Operators and Nacha strongly encourage FIs, processors and solution providers to fully assess and test within their shops and with their customers. Education and preparation are important elements of your success. You don’t want to miss this webinar as speakers discuss what is changing and the operational significance, what you need to be doing as September approaches, and what the ACH Operators are doing to contribute to a smooth transition.
