In this session, we will discuss some of the basics of checks with topics such as Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (MRDC) and Remotely Created Checks (RCC). Now more than ever, it is important to understand how a paper item becomes an image and an image becomes an image replacement document (IRD). This is a basic overview of checks and is intended for individuals new to check operations, front line staff and individuals wanting to learn more about checks.
