8:00 AM - 9:00 AM	Keynote: "Securing the Payments Process - A New Risk Management Strategy for the ACH Network" Elliott McEntee, President & CEO, NACHA Last year NACHA adopted a new risk management strategy that focus' on developing new rules and tools to reduce the exposure faced by financial instructions in exchanging ACH payments. During the next few months several new rules will be proposed and new services will be created to carry out the new strategy. During this session, the strategy, the new proposals and services will be discussed along with their potential impact on financial institutions and their customers.
